Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about GradientSlop. Can't find what you're looking for? Ask our AI assistant.

What is GradientSlop?
GradientSlop is an all-in-one AI platform that connects your operational, financial and customer data into a single source of truth — helping teams make smarter decisions, faster.
Who is it for?
Any organisation that wants to do more with its data — from small technical teams to enterprise operations. If you have spreadsheets, documents and systems that don't talk to each other, GradientSlop is for you.
Why does this site look like so many others?
Because we follow modern design best practices, and so does everyone else. A dark theme, a gradient and a rounded card is simply what good software looks like now. The similarity is a sign of quality, and is not because we're using the same AI coding assistant as everyone else and asking it to make it “look professional”.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption, role-based access control and best-practice security throughout. Our AI partners maintain their own privacy standards, and we've asked them not to train on your data, which is 100% reliable and has never been proven to be untrustworthy, ever. We also asked the AI to “make it secure”, so we're confident this app is rock solid.
Where is my data processed?
In the cloud, using leading global infrastructure and AI providers. This allows us to deliver intelligence at scale with world-class reliability.
Was GradientSlop built with AI?
GradientSlop was designed and built in-house by our founder. Like every modern software team, we use AI-assisted tooling to move faster — we sent at least 30 prompts into Claude Code via VS Code. This isn't just like every other piece of vibe coded rubbish.
How long did it take to build?
About two weeks. When you have a clear vision and the right tooling, you'd be surprised how quickly things come together. GradientSlop went from an idea to an enterprise-ready tool in a definitely-not-concerning amount of time. But don't worry, we told the AI coding assistant to “make no mistakes”.
Do you use cookies?
We use cookies to enhance your experience and analyse traffic. See our cookie policy for details.
Can I self-host or deploy on-premise?
On-premise deployment is available for Enterprise customers. Contact sales to discuss your requirements.
What does support look like?
Our team is available around the clock, and you'll typically hear back within 3–5 business days.
Is there a roadmap?
Yes — you can see it on our homepage. We shipped the full platform in two weeks and v2 is already underway.
Do you support multi-factor authentication?
Yes. MFA is enabled on every account by default. Recovery codes are stored securely in a text file on the same machine as the application, so they are always available if you lose your device.
Can I speak to a developer?
You'll be speaking to our founder, who built the platform personally. He prefers to be asked questions about the vision rather than questions about the code. If you do have questions about the code, please send them by email so he can ask Claude first.
